Announcement has been made of the engagement of Nicole Anderson and Jamey Goodrich, both of Downingtown.
An Oct. 20 wedding is being planned at Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix, Ariz.
Anderson is the daughter of Monica and Jerry Shank and David Anderson, all of Arizona. She graduated from Borgade Catholic High School, Phoenix, in 1997, and received a bachelor's degree in nutrition from Arizona State University in 2002, where she also received a master's degree in nutrition in 2010. She is employed as a registered dietitian and health coach in Malvern.

Goodrich is the son of Sharon and Earl Goodrich, Mansfield. He graduated from Mansfield Area High School in 1996 and received a bachelor's degree in chemistry and minor in polymer science from Penn State University in 2000. He is employed as a group manager in chemistry and application development at Sartomer USA LLC in Exton.
