Mr. and Mrs. George Grover Franklin Eoute will observe their 25th wedding anniversary Aug. 21, 2012.
They were married by Judge Robert W. Stack in Jersey Shore.
Mrs. Eoute, the former Florence Mae Harter, is a native of Avis. She is the daughter of the late June Rebecca (Coble) and Earnest Navin Harter, and stepdaughter of the late Ray Irvin. She graduated from the former Lock Haven High School in 1965. She retired after more than 11 years of service from West Pharmaceutical Services, Jersey Shore, and is a homemaker.
Mr. Eoute, a native of Newberry, is the son of the late Edna Shatto and Robert Glenn Eoute. He attended Williamsport High School. He retired in 1992, after 38 years of service, from Jersey Shore Steel. He served in the Army as a paratrooper during the Korean War.
