Announcement has been made of the engagement of Brooke Schreiter, Montoursville, and Bobby Rhoads, Mount Joy.
A July 6, 2013, wedding at Community Baptist Church, Montoursville, is being planned.
Schreiter is the daughter of Rhonda and Barry Schreiter, Montoursville. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2008 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education at Millersville University.
