August 5, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

LOCK HAVEN - Newly published poet Jennifer Miller-Carboni, author of the book, "No One Reads Poetry Anymore," will hold a poetry reading and discussion Aug. 18 at the Ross Library.

At 2 p.m. in the Gross Room, on the third floor, Carboni will read selections from her book and discuss her feelings about poetry, and the lack of modern interest in it.

"Sadly, I really do believe that the majority of Americans have no interest in reading poetry," Carboni said.

Carboni, a native of Jersey Shore, is the news director for WCHE 1520-AM in West Chester.

To register, call 748-3321 or email ross13@rosslibrary.org. The program is free and open to the public.
