More than 80 Pennsylvania College of Technology students are scheduled to help provide medical coverage at the 2012 Little League Baseball World Series, which runs from Aug. 16 to 26 in South Williamsport.

More than 60 junior and senior students in the physician assistant major will provide around-the-clock coverage in the infirmary inside the Little League International complex's International Grove, where players and coaches stay during the series. There, under the supervision of Penn College's licensed physician assistant faculty and Little League World Series medical director John Boll, the students gain experience by setting up the infirmary and providing urgent care to the players and their coaches.
