LOCK HAVEN - Margery Krevsky, a native of Lock Haven and founder and CEO of the talent management agency Productions PlusThe Talent Shop in Michigan, recently was recognized by Lock Haven University for her distinguished business practices and commitment to the community.
In honor of the university's 1966 graduate and Council of Trustee member, Lock Haven University established the Krevsky Scholarship for the Arts, an annual scholarship awarded to a student studying in an arts-related field, with preference granted to a student studying piano performance.
The LHU Foundation recently awarded the first full Krevsky Scholarship for the Arts to Jessica Walizer. A rising senior majoring in music education and piano performance, Walizer was chosen as the scholarship recipient following an audition April 27 in the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center.
