Mr. and Mrs. William B. Lantz, Williamsport, observed their 50th wedding anniversary July 28, 2012.
They were married in Queenston, Ontario, and are members of Central Moravian Church, Bethlehem, Pa.
Mrs. Lantz, the former Elizabeth Jane Huggins, is a native of Niagara Falls, Ontario. She is the daughter of the late Jean and Arthur Huggins. She graduated from Hamilton Teachers College, Hamilton, Ontario, in 1951 and from Guelph University, Guelph, Ontario, in 1955. She retired after 10 years of teaching.

Mr. Lantz, a native of Bethlehem, is the son of the late Henrietta and Karl Lantz. He graduated from Moravian College, Bethlehem, in 1951. He served in the Air Force from 1951 to 1955. He was a graduate assistant for Lehigh University from 1957 to 1958 and retired in 1992 from the state Department of Public Assistance.
They are the parents of two sons, William H., Shippensburg, and John K., Lewisburg, and two daughters, Jane M. Urban, West Chester, and Sara A. Aungst, Williamsport.
There are six grandchildren.
In honor of their anniversary, a celebration, hosted by their children, was held July 28.
