Seniors to hold picnic
The Salladasburg Chapter of the Lycoming County Senior Citizens will hold its annual picnic, catered by Humdinger's Restaurant, at noon Thursday at Susquehanna State Park, followed by a meeting and entertainment
Garden club to meet
MUNCY - The Muncy Garden Club will meet at 6:45 p.m. Thursday at St. James Parish Hall, 215 S. Main St.
The club is planning a special garden tour at the home of John Brink.
Members will leave St. James Parish Hall at 6:45 p.m. and carpool to the Brink residence.
Joan Dunkleberger and Patti Barclay will host the meeting and provide refreshments.
Church sets performance
First United Methodist Church, 604 Market St., will perform "Godspell" at 8 p.m. in the church sanctuary on Friday and Saturday.
Doors will open at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets may be bought in the church office from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to noon Friday.

Society to sponsor dance
The Susquehanna Ballroom Dance Society will sponsor a ballroom dance from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the Divine Providence Auditorium.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and pre-recorded music will provided for all ballroom dancers of all levels. There is a fee for the event. Attire is semi-casual. Each month, 50 percent of the proceeds are given to the hospital auxiliary Cancer Center.
