Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jocelyn Dayle Jarrett and Drew Vernon Mounsey, both of Peoria, Ariz.
An Oct. 8 wedding at Venue at the Grove, Phoenix, Ariz., is being planned.
Jarrett is the daughter of Denise and Roger Jarrett, Muncy. She graduated from Montgomery Area High School in 2004. She received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Elizabethtown College in 2008 and is pursuing a master's degree in mathematics education from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Ariz. She is employed by Peoria Unified School District, Cactus High School, Peoria, as a teacher.

Mounsey is the son of Jonea Mounsey, Peoria, and Michael Mounsey, Nashville, Tenn. He graduated from Sunrise Mountain High School, Peoria, in 2003. He received a bachelor's degree in history education from Arizona State University, Phoenix, in 2007 and a master's degree in military history from Norwich University, Northfield, Vt., in 2011. He is employed by Peoria Unified School District, Oasis Elementary School, Peoria, as a teacher.
