Announcement has been made of the engagement of Megan Ashley Dincher and David Apker, both of Williamsport.
A November wedding in Williamsport is being planned.
Dincher is the daughter of George Dincher and his wife Kathy, Montoursville. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2005 and received a degree in cosmetology from Empire Beauty School in 2006. She is employed by Merle Norman Cosmetics and Day Spa as a hairstylist and nail technician.

DAVID APKER
Apker is the son of Joni and Robert Ward and Vic and Dianne Apker, all of Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1994 and received an associate degree in specialized technology from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Pittsburgh, in 1998. He is employed by FedEx Freight as a truck driver. He served in the Army from 1994 to 1998 as an AVENGER crew member.
