Announcement has been made of the engagement of Ashley Marissa Bennett and Tyler Scott Koser.
A June 1, 2013, wedding at St. Luke Catholic Church, Jersey Shore, is being planned.
Bennett is the daughter of Tammy and Steve Bennett, Avis. She graduated from Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in agricultural communications from Penn State University in 2011. She is employed by Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, as assistant director of annual giving and also is employed by Woolrich Co. Store, Woolrich, as a part-time sales associate.

Koser is the son of Doug Koser, McVeytown, and Susan Tice, Spring Mills. He graduated from Penns Valley High School, Spring Mills, in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Lock Haven University in 2012. He is employed by Lewisburg Area Recreation Authority as a counselor and also is a substitute teacher for area school districts.
