Jessica Marie Kramer and David Alan Rhoads Jr., both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012.
David Hall officiated at the ceremony held at the Valley Inn, DuBoistown, where a reception also was held.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Hoss's Steak and Sea House.

The bride is the daughter of Clarissa Morgan and John J. Kramer, both of South Williamsport. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School, South Williamsport, in 2007, and received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Mansfield University this year. She is employed by Weis Markets as a seafood leader.
Rhoads is the son of Christy and David Rhoads Sr., Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2007, and received an associate degree in masonry construction from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2011. He is employed by Mountain Supply and Services as a crew boss.
Maid of honor was Barbara Brown, Lake Ariel.
Bridesmaids were Marlie Manning, Meadville; Kayla Crist, Montgomery; and Alyssa Kramer, South Williamsport, sister of the bride.
Flower girl was Lillian Weaver, South Williamsport, cousin of the bridegroom.
Ring bearer was Joseph Kramer, South Williamsport, brother of the bride.
Best man was Shawn Doebler, Montoursville.
Ushers were Garyn Dapp and Joeb Smith, both of Williamsport; and Victor Nelson, Jersey Shore.
The couple is planning a trip to Disney in December and are residing in Williamsport.
