5 for longevity
Five Citizens & Northern Bank employees have been recognized for a combined 70 years of service to the financial institution.
Recognized during the June service awards luncheon were: Karen Bobb, teller in the Laporte office, 15 years; Alison Broughton, senior mortgage underwriter in the Wellsboro office, 10 years; Rhonda Litchfield, trust investment manager in the Wellsboro office, 25 years; April Morgan, tax trust officer in the Wellsboro office, 10 years; Charity Shaefer, teller in the Tioga office, 10 years.
Service awards luncheons are held regularly and hosted by C&N chairman, president and CEO Charles H. Updegraff, Jr. In 2012, C&N will recognize 27 employees for a total of 515 years of service to Citizens & Northern Bank.
New vice president
for construction firm
Lundy Construction of Williamsport announces the appointment of Dana Catalano to the position of vice president of business development. Catalano brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for marketing construction services to both existing and new clients within Central Pennsylvania. Lundy Construction has been providing commercial and industrial buildings and general contracting services for almost 80 years in central and northcentral Pennsylvania and also offers crane and lifting services and commercial and industrial metal reroofing.

to co-chair board
Team Pennsylvania Foundation elected eight new board members at its June reorganizational meeting and voted John D. Moran Jr. of Moran Industries as its new private sector co-chairman.
Moran replaces Karen Winner Sed, president & CEO of Winner International, who served in that capacity for the past three years along with governors Ed Rendell and Tom Corbett, the Foundation's public sector co-chairmans.
New board directors are Anthony Bartolomeo of Pennoni Associates, Philadephia; the Honorable John Blake, Scranton; David Capitano, ParenteBeard LLC, Wilkes-Barre; Nicholas DeBenedictis, Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr; Tim Holt, Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., Allentown; Roger Richards, Bliley Technologies, Erie; Dr. Stephen Tang, University City Science Center, Philadelphia; and Nina Esposito-Visgitis, Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers, Pittsburgh.
