Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 22 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Deborah McKissick, 37, 1310 Faxon Circle, 3 1/2 to seven years, for identity theft, forgery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Daniel Joseph Belloma, 42, Lycoming County Prison, 22 months to five years, credit for time served, for stalking.
Larry L. Burden Jr., 33, Lycoming County Prison, 9 1/2 to 20 years for robbery, terroristic threats, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of an instrument of crime.
One person were sentenced to county prison. He was:
Lester Suarez-Camejo, 31, Lancaster, three to six months for access device fraud.
Three people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Nathan M. Utter, 22, 1052 Hepburn St., six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served, 24 months probation, 75 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William R. Holt, 26, 31 Valley Heights Drive, six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, 12 months probation, $1,600 fine, 50 hours community service for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
Amy L. Raffensberger, 41, SCI Muncy, 24 months for DUI, driving under suspension and criminal trespass.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Ricky Simons, 55, 718 Clark St., Rear, six months, $300 fine, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Brandy Walter, 30, 2139 Lincoln St., 24 months, 50 hours community service for violation of public welfare.
Lisa A. Ritter, 39, 1122 Cherry St., 24 months, 50 hours community service for forgery.
Thomas C. Thomas, 24, 681 Harris Lane, Montoursville, 24 months, 50 hours community service for possession with intent to deliver.
Richard J. Weigel, 20, 1510 Light St., four years for recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.
Six people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Charles H. Ferringer Jr., 20, 26 Green St., Muncy, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Katherine A. Welmon, 21, Guys Mills, for DUI.
Thomas J. Mulcahy Jr., 52, 6240 Rose Valley Road, Trout Run, for DUI.
Daniel J. Powell, 28, Johnstown, for DUI.
Wyonna D. Brown, 51, 815 Cherry St., for DUI.
Michael S. Kinney, 18, 20 Fetter Drive, for DUI.
Four people were approved for probation without verdict. They were:
Brian M. Lucas, 20, 412 N. Lincoln Ave., Jersey Shore, six months, 50 hours community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Natesa J. Wade, 24, 531 Lycoming St., six months, 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert A. Love, 19, Narberth, six months, 50 hours community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew E. Lynn, 19, Jamison, six months, 50 hours community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
