The Rev. Robin L. Baer officiated at the ceremony held at St. Paul-Calvary United Methodist Church.
A reception was held at the Thompson Professional Development Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Beth Wandel, Tunkhannock, and Ann and Mike Ziemba, Wilkes-Barre. She graduated from Berwick Area High School in 1985. She received a bachelor's degree in technical communication from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2003 and a master's degree in creative writing from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre in 2008. She is employed by Pennsylvania College of Technology as an assistant registrar.
Miller is the son of Sylvia and John Miller, Montoursville. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 1979. He retired as police chief of Montoursville Borough in 2003 and is employed by Pennsylvania College of Technology as police chief.
The couple was attended by Erin and Rachelle Horning, Muncy, daughters of the bride, and Samantha and Jeremy Miller, Williamsport, daughter and son of the bridegroom.
The couple is residing in Muncy.
