In a plea agreement before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Isaac Khan Sluga, 28, of 315 Brandon Ave., and Theodore W. Denzin, also 28, of Fort Worth, Texas, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct after city police dropped charges of simple assault, public drunkenness and harassment.

The charges stem from the two men allegedly assaulting Aaron Strausser and Nichole Murrah in the 200 block of Court Street on May 5, police said.

Both Sluga and Denzin each paid in full $389 in fines and court costs.
