Sandra L. Wolfe, 73, of Stewart Lane, Bloomsburg, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at her home following an extended illness.
Sandra was a resident of Mt. Pleasant Township since 1978 and formerly was of the Mechanicsburg area.
Born on Monday, Dec. 26, 1938, in Williamsport, Sandra was the daughter of the late Clyde and Evelyn Farrar Hutchins. She was a 1956 graduate of the South Williamsport High School and was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Bloomsburg.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, William M. Wolfe; a daughter, Kimberli Howell and husband, Steven, of Bloomsburg; three sons, Mark Wolfe and wife, Sue, of Bloomsburg, Matthew Wolfe and wife, Kimberly, of Douglassville, Pa., and Michael Wolfe and wife, Andrea, of Sinking Spring, Pa.; four grandchildren, Justin Howell, Kurtis Wolfe, Kendall Wolfe and Abigail Wolfe; four siblings, Robert Hutchins of South Williamsport, Joanne Erwine of Bloomsburg, Jackie Dittenhafer of Carlisle and Dorothy Husband of Seattle, Wash.
Private funeral services will be held at the Allen Funeral Home Inc., 745 Market at Eighth St., Bloomsburg, with Rev. Robert Eddinger, Ridge Street United Methodist Church, officiating. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Assoc., P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
