Mr. and Mrs. Robert V. Haas, Montoursville, observed their 50th wedding anniversary June 2, 2012.
They were married by the late Rev. Ralph Shurer at Annunciation Roman Catholic Church.
Mrs. Haas, the former Theresa C. Naughton, is the daughter of the late Ida M. (Leonard) and Paul I. Naughton.

Mr. Haas is the son of the late Theresa "Tresa" and Valentine "Tiny" Haas.
They are the parents of four daughters, Karen Mazurek and Rosemary Prego, both of York; Jo Ann Rohrer, Harrisburg; and Paula Rhodes, Milwaukee, Wis., and three sons, Brian, Williamsport; Andrew, Wynnewood; and Steve, Bethlehem.
There are 15 grandchildren.
In honor of their anniversary, a celebration is being planned for August.
