Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jill Elizabeth Daum and Noal Talbot Bastian.
An October wedding in Virginia is being planned.
Daum is the daughter of Jan Daum, Rushville, N.Y. She graduated from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Va., and is employed by Orange County High School, Orange, Va., as an earth science teacher.
