LAPORTE - Police are investigating the death of a Dushore man. According to state police, Max H. Kilmer, 84, was using his riding lawn mower when it tipped over, causing Kilmer to suffer severe lacerations. He was pronounced dead at Towanda Memorial Hospital on Sunday.
