Muncy chorus to perform

MUNCY - The Muncy High School Choruses will present their annual spring concert at 7 p.m. tonight in the Muncy High School auditorium.

Selections for the program will include the Junior-Senior High School Chorus singing "Festival Song" by Perry and Perry, "Maybe We'll Meet Again" by Gilpin and "Sing, Sing, Sing" arranged by Kern.

The Senior High Ensemble will sing the Rascal Flatts hit "Bless the Broken Road" arranged by Brymer. The concert will conclude with "The Muncy High School Alma Mater."

The choruses are under the direction of George A. Henry. Lucille Buck is the accompanist for the choruses.

CWC to hold May brunch

LEWISBURG - The Lewisburg Christian Women's Club, a division of Stonecroft Ministries, will hold a brunch at 8:45 a.m. May 8 at the Country Cupboard Restaurant along Route 15.

The program will feature "Exciting Times" with Barbara Pick of River Valley Visitor's Bureau.

Music will be provided by the guest speaker Doris Ortman, who will share her experience of "Riding Through Life in a Wheelchair with MS." To make a reservation, call Letha at 568-1650 or email CWCbrunch@hotmail.com.

SeniorNet group to start classes

Susquehanna SeniorNet, on the fourth floor of the James V. Brown Library, will start its next session of senior computer classes the week of May 7.

Classes this session will be Email and Computer Maintenance, Introduction to Computers and Word Processing, and Fundamentals for beginning computer users.

The classes meet for six two-hour sessions.
