Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kelly Lucas and Daniel Clark, both of Williamsport.
A Dec. 29 wedding at Belhurst Castle, Geneva, N.Y., is being planned.
Lucas is the daughter of Kathy and Greg Lucas, Williamsport. She graduated from homeschool in 2007 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She joined Army ROTC in 2007 and will become a second Lieutenant upon graduation.

Clark is the son of Kathy and Dave Clark, North Dighton, Mass. He graduated from Danville Area High School in 2005 and received a bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010. He is employed by Halliburton Wireline Services, Muncy. He joined the National Guard in 2006 and was commissioned as 2LT in July 2011 and medical administration 2-112 IN-HHC.
