The state Department of Transportation's safety partners will host a free child safety seat check from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 at the Old Lycoming Township Fire Hall.
The event will be held rain or shine and is sponsored by Safe Kids Lycoming County and the Old Lycoming Township Volunteer Fire Co.
Each check will take about 20 minutes, but infant seats may take longer.
Participants should bring their child, child safety seat with instructions as well as their vehicle manuals to the check, but instructions are not required to participate.
