Mr. and Mrs. Danny Watson, Montoursville, observe their 40th wedding anniversary today, March 4, 2012.
They were married by Adam Bingamen at St. John Lutheran Church, Watsontown.
They are members of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Watsontown.

Mrs. Watson, the former Bonnie Jean Werner, is a native of Lewisburg. She is the daughter of Jean and Lewis Werner, Watsontown. She graduated from Warrior Run High School, Turbotville, in 1968 and from Geisinger School of Nursing, Danville, in 1986. She is employed by Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, as registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Mr. Watson, a native of Turbotville, is the son of the late Lois and Foster Watson. He graduated from Warrior Run High School in 1964. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He is employed by Susquehanna Motors, West Milton, as a sales manager.
They are the parents of a son, Ryan, Montoursville, and a daughter, Mindy Rodarmel, Loyalsock Township.
There are five grandchildren.
