Mr. and Mrs. Victor I. Carlson, Williamsport, observed their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 23, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. G. Blair Hemans at Central Baptist Church, Williamsport.
They are members of Messiah Lutheran Church, South Williamsport.

Mrs. Carlson, the former Donna A. Seewald, is a native of DuBoistown. She is the daughter of the late Mary E. Shuman and Fred J. Seewald. She attended South Williamsport Area High School. She retired in 1994 from the Mark Restaurant, South Williamsport, after 35 years of employment.
Mr. Carlson, a native of Williamsport, is the son of the late Margaret E. Nicolosi and Carl V. Carlson. He attended South Williamsport Area High School and served in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired in 1996 from Cable Services Co. Inc., Williamsport.
They are the parents of a daughter, Sherrie L. Sargent, South Williamsport.
There is one grandson and two great-granddaughters.
In honor of their anniversary, a surprise dinner was hosted by their daughter and grandson Feb. 19 at the Wheel Inn, Roaring Branch.
