Relay For Life team
to hold bingo fundraiser
The Little League Intentional Walkers Relay for Life team and the Independent Fire Co. in South Williamsport will hold a Basket, Bags and Bears bingo fundraiser Saturday at the fire hall along Clark Street, South Williamsport. The event features Longaberger Baskets, Vera Bradley bags, Boyd's Bears and other prizes donated by area businesses. Tickets for a 20-game pack will be available at the door or reserved in advance by calling 326-1921 and includes entry into the door prize drawings. Special games, raffles, 50/50, lunch and homemade desserts will be offered. Doors open at 11 a.m. and games start at noon. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Williamsport, which will take place from 4 p.m. May 18 to 4 p.m. May 19 at the Williamsport Area High School track. WAHS band
to hold spaghetti dinner fundraiser
The Williamsport Area High School Marching Millionaires will hold a spaghetti dinner fundraiser from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at Pine Street United Methodist Church.
The dinner will include spaghetti, roll, salad and dessert and takeouts will be available.
The WAHS Jazz Band will provide live music and guests may participate in ballroom dancing for a fee.

group to sponsor ballroom dance
The Susquehanna Ballroom Dance Society will sponsor a ballroom dance from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Divine Providence Auditorium.
Live Valentine music for ballroom dancers of all levels will be provided by The Statesmen Trio.
Attire is semi-formal, meaning men should wear a jacket and tie and women should wear a dress or pant suit.
Half of the proceeds will be given to the Hospital Auxilary Cancer Center.

Area library to hold fundraiser
McEWENSVILLE - The Montgomery House Warrior Run Area Public Library will hold a fundraiser beginning at 6 p.m. March 10 at the Warrior Run Area Fire Department, Allenwood.
"Night at the Races" will include a pulled pork barbecue dinner catered by Haywood's Restaurant at 6:30 p.m.
The races will begin at 7:30 p.m.
For tickets, visit the library at 20 Church St., from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
