Announcement has been made of the engagement of Melissa A. Shadle and Paul F. Keller, both of Williamsport.
A July 21 wedding at Divine Providence Chapel is being planned.
Shadle is the daughter of Roberta and Jerry Shadle, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2003 and received a bachelor's degree in history and education from Lycoming College in 2008. She is employed as a substitute teacher.

Keller is the son of Cheryl and Roger Keller, Williamsport. He graduated from the former Bishop Neumann High School, now St. John Neumann Regional Academy, in 2004. He received a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in economics from Gettysburg College in 2008 and a master's degree in education from Bloomsburg University in 2011. He is employed by Beiter's Home Center as an accounts payable clerk.
