Announcement has been made of the engagement of Cassandra Mahosky, Williamsport, and Todd Engel, South Williamsport.
A 2012 wedding in Williamsport is being planned.
Mahosky is the daughter of Nancy and Roger Mahosky, Oval. She graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2001 and attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is employed by PATHS LLC as a hospital representative.

Engel is the son of Ann Engel, South Williamsport, and the late Joseph Engel. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 1994 and received a bachelor's degree in journalism from Penn State University in 1998. He is employed by Eli Lilly and Co. as a cardiovascular specialist.
