Announcement has been made of the engagement of Laura Therese Robbins, Muncy, and Scott Douglas Pruitt, Arlington, Ind.
A June 23 wedding at the Valley Inn, DuBoistown, is being planned.
Robbins is the daughter of Kathy V. and James Robbins, Muncy. She graduated from Muncy High School and is pursuing a degree in theatre at Elizabethtown College.

Pruitt is the son of Eugene Pruitt, Greenfield, Ind., and the late Phyllis Pruitt. He graduated from Greenfield Central High School, Greenfield, Ind., and received a degree in organizational communication and Japanese studies from Purdue University, West Lafayett, Ind. He is employed by Indiana Concession Supply, Indianapolis, as a service representative.
