Announcement has been made of the engagement of Amanda Kepner and Mitchell Evans, both of Williamsport.
A summer 2013 wedding is being planned.
Kepner is the daughter of Stephanie and Anthony Kepner, Williamsport. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2008 and is pursuing a degree in elementary education at Penn State University.
