Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tina M. Vogan and Jon Betcher, both of Montoursville.
A Feb. 4 wedding in Montoursville is being planned.
Vogan is the daughter of Linda Hough, Berwick, and Barton Hough, Bloomsburg. She graduated from Berwick High School in 1989 and is employed in Lewisburg as a retail manager.

Betcher is the son of Virginia and John Betcher, Monaca. He graduated from Center High School, Monaca, in 1988. He is a self-employed painter.
