Announcement has been made of the engagement of Lamanda L. Ziegler, York, and Ryan M. Mills, South Williamsport.

Ziegler is the daughter of Lori and Michael Ziegler, York. She graduated from Dallastown High School, York, in 2005 and received a doctorate in pharmacy from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, in 2011. She is employed by Rite Aid Pharmacy, York, as a pharmacist.

Mills is the son of Christine and Michael Mills, South Williamsport. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2002 and received an associate degree in computer systems from Luzerne County Community College in 2008. He is employed by the Department of Defense, Fort Meade, Md., as a network administrator.
