Announcement has been made of the engagement of Robbi L. Clements and Donald E. Clark.
A September wedding is being planned.
Clements is the daughter of Carol and David Copenhaver and the late Robert Clements Sr. She graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2000 and Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2007. She is employed by Lock Haven Hospital as a registered nurse.

Clark is the son of Darla Clark, Lock Haven, and the late Donald Clark. He graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2003 and is employed by HCR ManorCare as a maintenance technician.
