Rachel Audrey Mitchley and Joseph Ivan Baker, both of Riverside, were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011.
The Rev. Mark Gittens officiated at the ceremony held at the Park Home.
A reception was held at the Acacia Club.

The bride is the daughter and stepdaughter of Edith and Timothy Ludgate, Montoursville, and daughter and stepdaughter of Gary and Merilee Mitchley, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in social work from Lock Haven University in 2009. She is employed by Columbia, Montour, Snyder and Union County Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Danville, as a children's intensive case manager.
Baker is the son of Jean Fogleman, Catawissa, and the late Michael Baker. He graduated from Central Columbia High School, Bloomsburg, in 2000 and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Bloomsburg University in 2004. He is employed by CMSU MHMR, Danville, as a housing coordinator.
Maid of honor was Celeste Wade.
Bridesmaids were Laura Mitchley and Jennifer Mitchley, both sisters-in-law of the bride, Kaitlyn Ludgate, stepsister of the bride, Sarah Jennings, sister of the bridegroom, Maria Farnell and Michelle Sisino.
Flower girl was Fiona Baker, daughter of the couple.
Ring bearer was Juan Baker, son of the couple.
Best man was Michael Baker, brother of the bridegroom.
Ushers were Matthew and Brett Mitchley, both brothers of the bride, Matthew Jennings, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, Shane Fogleman, brother of the bridegroom, David Flores and Anthony Tini.
Following a trip to Key West, Fla., the couple is residing in Riverside.
