Announcement has been made of the engagement of Allison Elizabeth Engel and Daniel Anthony Loudenslager.
An April 2012 wedding is being planned.
Engel is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Engel, Norwood, N.J. She graduated from the graduate program at East Stroudsburg University in 2010 and is employed by Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, as a speech language pathologist.

Loudenslager is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Loudenslager, Williamsport. He received a degree in teaching from Bloomsburg University in 2008 and is employed by Wilson Area High School, Easton, as a business education and computer teacher.
