Mr. and Mrs. Michael Tate, Williamsport, will observe their 30th wedding anniversary Nov. 14, 2011.
They were married by the Rev. John Piper in Williamsport. They are members of St. Paul Calvary United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Tate, the former Linda Scott, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of Peggy and James Scott.

Mr. Tate, a native of Williamsport, is the son of the late Levi (Gene) and Grace Tate.
They are the parents of a daughter, Cortney Hill, and a son, Eric, both of Williamsport. There are two grandchildren.
In honor of their anniversary, the couple celebrated with trips to wineries.
