Announcement has been made of the engagement of Samantha Davis and Seth Bower, both of Williamsport.
A June 23 wedding in Dearborn, Mich., is being planned.
Davis is the daughter of Lauren and Patrick Davis, Oak Park, Mich. She graduated from Berkley High School, Berkley, Mich., in 2003. She received a bachelor's degree in human biology from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich., in 2007 and a doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Port Orange, Fla., in 2010. She is employed by Solley Health First Chiropractic as a chiropractor.

Bower is the son of Lee Ann and Gregory Bower, Cogan Station. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2003 and received a bachelor's degree in forensic chemistry from West Chester University in 2007. He also received a doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2010. He is employed by Solley Health First Chiropractic.
