Mr. and Mrs. Frank S. Welch, Linden, observed their 30th wedding anniversary Oct. 24, 2011.
They were married by the Rev. Thomas Morningstar in Cogan Station. They are members of Heshbon United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Welch, the former Judith A. Stroud, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Maxine and Wellington Stroud. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 1966 and attended Lycoming College. She is employed by Student Transportation of America, Williamsport Area School District, as a school bus driver.
Mr. Welch, a native of Linden, is the son of the late Thelma and Myron Welch. He attended Williamsport Area High School. He retired from Merch Chem, Danville.
They are the parents of a daughter, Faith A. Pratt, Williamsport.
The couple is planning an out-of-country trip for the spring.
