Mr. and Mrs. Duane A. Brickley, Jersey Shore, will observe their 60th wedding anniversary Oct. 27, 2011.
They were married by the Rev. Raymond Kolas at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Collomsville.
Mrs. Brickley, the former Helen Ann Smith, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Eliza J. and Nathan C. Smith. She graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1951 and retired from the food service department of the Jersey Shore Area School District in 1999.
Mr. Brickley, a native of Larryville, is the son of the late Eleanor Brickley and Argyle "Jim" Brickley and Myrtle Brickley. He was a self-employed farmer and the owner of Brickley Trucking.
They are the parents of two daughters, Diane E. Brickley Bray, Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and Karen G. McNamara, Ephrata. There are two grandchildren.
