Billie Jo Lowmiller and Billy W. Hale, both of Jersey Shore, were united in marriage at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 24, 2011.
The Hon. Allen P. Page III officiated at the ceremony held at the Lycoming County Courthouse.
The bride is the daughter of Yvonne Lowmiller and William C. Lowmiller, both of Jersey Shore. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1997 and is a homemaker.
