Sandra Elaine Peters and Norman Westerbaan were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011.
They were married by Dr. Russel Moldovan at Blanchard Church of Christ.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Beech Creek home of the bride's parents.

A reception was held at the Beech Creek?Blanchard social hall.
The bride is the daughter of Dianne and Thomas Peters, Beech Creek. She graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2007. She is employed by Jersey Shore State Bank as a teller and customer service representative.
Westerbaan is the son of Jacob Westerbaan and Eric and Aneta Anderson, all of Canton. He graduated from Canton High School in 2005 and Motorcycle Mechanic Institute in 2007. He is pursuing a degree in business at Lock Haven University and is employed by G-Brick Motorsports as a mechanic.
Maid of honor was Jamie Kessinger, Beech Creek.
Bridesmaids were Danielle Kleckner, Beech Creek, and Melissa Sprong, Knoxville, Tenn.
Best man was Peter Westerbaan, Canton, brother of the bridegroom.
Groomsmen were Allen and Ryan Westerbaan, both of Canton and brothers of the bridegroom.
Following a trip to Virginia Beach, the couple is residing in Jersey Shore.
