Announcement has been made of the engagement of Brittany L. White, Montoursville, and Justin M. Kibler, Loyalsock Township.
A Sept. 8, 2012, wedding is being planned.
White is the daughter of Marianne and Gary White, Montoursville. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2006 and is pursuing a degree in health information at Pennsylvania College of Technology.
