Claudia Justine Palmeter and Zachary Robert Wessner, both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011.
Montoursville Mayor John Dorin officiated at the ceremony held at the James V. Brown Library in the Moltz Rotunda Room.
A rehearsal dinner was held at The James Restaurant and a reception was held at the Williamsport Acacia Club.

The bride is the daughter of Lynda and Mike Thaler, Williamsport, and Henry Palmeter, Pfugerville, Texas. She graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2006 and received a bachelor's degree in illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, N.Y., in 2010.
Wessner is the son of Elsie and Joel Wessner, Williamsport. He graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 2005 and received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010. He is employed by Philips Color Kinetics, Burlington, Mass.
Matron of honor was Georgia Grey, Alexandria, Va., sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Alison House, Rochester, N.Y., Keira Miller, Williamsport, Meryn Thunen, Jacksonville, Fla., and Richele Ohnmeiss, Williamsport, cousin of the bride.
Ring bearer was Jake Ackerman, Williamsport, cousin of the bridegroom.
Best man was Patrick Ratke, Washington, D.C.
Ushers were Eric Ackerman, Williamsport, cousin of the bridegroom, Shawn Philbin, Rochester, N.Y., Jeffrey Ryan, Elmira, N.Y., and Curry Palmeter, Williamsport, brother of the bride.
Following a trip to Jamaica, the couple is residing in Boston.
