Mr. and Mrs. Michael R. Bennett, South Williamsport, observed their 25th wedding anniversary May 3, 2011.
The Rev. Allen Goss officiated at the ceremony held at First Baptist Church. They are members of South Williamsport United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Bennett, the former Julie Ann Barrett, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of Bonnie and Donald Barrett, South Williamsport. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 1982. She is employed by Comprehensive Financial Group as the administration assistant to Brad Hall.
Mr. Bennett, a native of Williamsport, is the son of Robert Bennett, Villarica, Ga., and Becky and Mike Earnest, Palm Bay, Fla. He graduated from Fayetteville High School, Fayetteville, Ga., in 1982 and the former Williamsport Area Community College, now Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is employed by Haven Homes, Selinsgrove, as a director of information technologies.
They are the parents of two sons, Matthew R., Daytona Beach, Fla., and Ryan, at home.
In honor of their anniversary, a family celebration was held May 7 in the couple's South Williamsport home.
