Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tousha Heck and Nelson Roan, both of Montoursville.
A May 21 wedding at Newberry Church of Christ is being planned.
Heck is the daughter and stepdaughter of William Heck and Merri Jo Rauch, Linden, and the daughter and stepdaughter of Theresa and Richard Brooke, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2008 and is employed by Hope Enterprise Inc. as a trainer.
