Personally, I can't imagine that a company can come in and run the lottery for profit cheaper than the Lottery Commission does, but it is possible, I guess. My problem is that Corbett wants to use an off shore company to do it. Surely there has to be an American Company that can do it.

We havent eliminate school tax because the year the law passed to allow gambling, every school district raised it taxes in hopes of getting more money, then about 2weeks after the law passed there was othdr legislation that started dipping into the gambling tax revenue even before it made a penny, we are using this revnue for almost everything but school taxes
