Hi enigma.. by your reasoning, every dollar spent by the federal government is in payment for a product purchased or a service provided is valid. It is good to know that you seemingly support the federal government and the many wonderfully beneficial programs they provide.

Wrong again. The sailor worked for the money he was paid. He did a service for us and we paid him. I know that you know this and are just being an ***, which might make you feel better in your own childish way, but it adds nothing to the discussion.
